At this time, we are limited as to what we can share, as this case and hearings are still ongoing. We would love to hear your stories, testimonies, advice, or needs. Our situation started in May with a false accusation. The accusation has since been dismissed, but DHS/CPS refuses to go away and still tries to fabricate allegations against us. We have fought to dismiss them as fast as they come, but these people are corrupt, unprofessional, biased, and pure evil. At this point, they are committing child endangerment by placing my children in harm’s way and ignoring all of the testimonies, calls, video, and photo evidence showing the illegal activity taking place in the home they call the "safety plan". They accuse me of the very things that they are doing.  They have lied under oath in open court, they have violated my civil rights, and they have caused severe emotional stress to my children and myself. They have ignored testimony from mental health professionals, my children's pediatricians and doctors, as well as family members, friends, teachers, Sunday school teachers, politicians, and our pastors. They are intentionally causing potentially irreversible emotional damage and attempting to sever the strong God-given emotional bond between mother and child. They are unprofessional, uneducated, and lack any shred of a moral compass. My children are suffering with zero effort to meet their emotional needs or to keep them from harm. The goal of DHS/CPS is to destroy families, sever bonds, and turn our children's suffering into their income. I have unnecessarily missed  birthdays, holidays, graduations, memories, and time that I cannot get back. My children and I have unnecessarily cried ourselves to sleep for months. They have broken my sweet, beautiful, healthy children's spirits unnecessarily. It's time to speak up against this evil that mocks our family and faith.
